Comprehensive Commercial Inspections In Edmonton For Property Safety

Purchasing a commercial property can come with a lot of uncertainty. As a trusted industry leader with 25 years of experience, Cabin to Castle will minimize your risk and maximize your financial gain. We offer infrared technology called a thermography camera (thermal imaging camera) that is used to detect poorly insulated areas of the property and air leakage.

Addressing any concerns we find with the thermal imaging camera can lower the cost of your heating and bring overall comfort to the property. We also offer sewer scopes that check the integrity of your sewer lines which can cost upwards of $250 per foot to repair. Another one of our money-saving services is WETT inspections for all of your wood-burning appliances.

Our commercial inspectors take their time answering your questions and they write the final report electronically which allows them to send a PDF version to you within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection. The inspection itself can take up to 3 hours depending on the size and severity of damage to the property. Our thorough inspectors ensure they spend a sufficient amount of time on each area of the property in order to give you the most accurate report possible.

High and low rise condos require thorough inspections to ensure that crucial aspects such as structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and safety measures are thoroughly evaluated to maintain the quality of living spaces and address potential risks or maintenance issues.
We ensure a comprehensive assessment of guest rooms, common areas, amenities, fire safety systems, elevators, mechanical equipment, and other critical components to guarantee optimal guest experiences, safety compliance, and the efficient operation of the establishment.
Inspections for office buildings and retail spaces encompass a thorough examination of the building’s foundation, roofing, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety measures, accessibility compliance, and overall structural integrity, enabling owners and tenants to identify maintenance needs, mitigate risks, and maintain a safe and functional working environment.

Our commercial inspection rates start at just $900 and may vary depending on the size and age of the building. Within this cost comes our 100% guarantee of the accuracy of the information in the report on the day of the inspection. You may also choose to opt-in for a sewer scope or thermal imaging inspection at an additional cost. The sewer scope checks the integrity of the sewer system. The thermal imaging camera uses infrared radiation to identify areas with poor insulation and air leakage- addressing these concerns can lower your heating bill.
